Dear AAD Family,
As a part of our family, your health and well-being is very important to us. Therefore, we want to inform you of our new protocols that we will implement in our facilities to mitigate the spread of COVID-19.
Beginning March 12th, 2020 (Until the Coronavirus pandemic is contained):
All door handles, toilets, bathroom fixtures, barres and hard surfaces will be wiped down with a disinfectant before classes start each day.
All classes will end 5 minutes early so that the studio can be wiped clean between classes.
AAD Staff will periodically clean doorknobs, handrails, tables, water fountain and chairs during the day.
We will temporarily suspend the use of Acro mats and the tumbling segment of our Pre-School classes.
In order to limit the number of people in our building, please allow only the necessary family members to accompany your dancer to the studio.
The studio reserves the right to ask that students or adults leave the premise if they are showing signs of sickness.
In accordance to social distance recommendations, we will be limiting physical contact between teachers and students, (including hand holding, hugs, high fives).
We kindly request that if you or your family members are exhibiting any signs of respiratory illness that you will refrain from entering our building until your symptoms subside. Also, we ask that if you have been in contact with anyone who has respiratory symptoms (i.e. coughing, sneezing, fever) that you seek medical attention to be sure that you are not carrying the virus without having symptoms.
If your child misses classes due to illness or illness of an immediate family member, please call the office. We will video the teacher demonstrating recital dances, so that the student can stay up to date with their recital dances until it is safe for them to return to class. We are happy to send this to you.

We hope that you will all take the necessary precautions for you and your family, as well as our AAD Family, to preserve the health and wellness of the entire studio. We will continue to monitor the situation and will keep you updated.
Please feel free to contact the office if you have any questions or concerns.
We appreciate your support and understanding.
